What Nidam al-Tayyibat says
The system accepts coffee provided it is drunk without milk or powdered creamer: since fresh milk and its liquid derivatives are excluded, black or sweetened coffee stays within the method.
What conventional nutrition says
Conventional nutrition tolerates coffee in moderation; what matters is added sugar and quantity, not whether it is taken with or without milk.
