This website documents, for information purposes, the “Nidam al-Tayyibat” dietary system described by Dr Diaa Al-Awadi (1979–2026). The information published does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and does not replace consulting a doctor or a dietitian. Never change an ongoing treatment without medical advice. The publisher cannot be held liable for any use made of this information.

The texts, the food database, the menus, the illustrations and the PDF files on this website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited. Purchased files are intended for strictly personal use.

Products

• The Tayyibat guide (PDF) — 19,95 $, one-time payment. Download from the member area.
• 4-week program — Weeks 1 to 4 — 35 $ for the four weeks, or 10 $ per week, unlocked one at a time.
• All-inclusive — Guide + 4-week program — 49 $, one-time payment.

Prices are shown in US dollars, all taxes included. No subscription and no automatic renewal.

Order and payment

Orders are placed from the Pricing page and paid by card via Stripe. Access is granted automatically as soon as payment is confirmed; a confirmation email is sent.

Delivery

The products are digital content delivered immediately in the member area, with no physical shipment.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because this is digital content supplied immediately after payment, you expressly agree, at the time of purchase, that performance begins without delay, and you waive your right of withdrawal. Purchases are therefore final. A free 17-page excerpt of the guide is available before any purchase so you can judge the content. If a technical problem prevents access to the product, write to us: we will restore access or issue a refund.

Account

Access is personal and tied to your account. Sharing login credentials or purchased files will result in suspension of access.
