Question 1

What is Nidam al-Tayyibat?

Accepted Answer

A dietary system described by Dr Diaa Al-Awadi (1979–2026): a palette of foods classified into five zones (green, yellow, orange, purple, red), the two-hour rule between meals and simple daily rules. This website documents it in French, with a database of 197 foods you can browse for free.

Question 2

What exactly am I buying?

Accepted Answer

The Tayyibat guide as a PDF ($19.95, one-time payment), the 4-week transition program ($35 for all 4 weeks or $10 per week), or both together ($49). The guide and the program materials are in French. No subscription: nothing renews.

Question 3

How do the program weeks work?

Accepted Answer

One week at a time. Each week brings a goal, menus, a shopping list and a downloadable PDF. The next week unlocks after the previous one to keep a manageable pace.

Question 4

Can I read an excerpt before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A free 17-page excerpt of the guide (in French) is sent by email on request, with no commitment. It is the best way to judge whether the method suits you.

Question 5

Are purchases refundable?

Accepted Answer

Because the content is delivered immediately as a download, purchases are final. That is why there is a free excerpt to read first.

Question 6

Is the method suitable for people with diabetes or people on medication?

Accepted Answer

This website describes a dietary system for information purposes; it does not replace medical advice. If you have diabetes, are pregnant or are on medication, talk to your doctor before any change in diet. Never change a treatment without medical advice.

Question 7

Do I need special foods?

Accepted Answer

No. The palette relies on simple foods that are easy to find in Morocco and France: vegetables, fruits, proteins, dairy, grains. The food database shows for each one whether it is allowed, limited or forbidden, and under what conditions.

Question 8

How can I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Through the form on the Contact page or by email; we reply within 1 to 2 business days.
