What Nidam al-Tayyibat says
Chicken is excluded in all its forms and all its parts, factory-farmed or free-range, grilled or boiled, meat, liver or gizzards, in the name of a digestive difficulty the method attributes to it. This is one of its most contested positions.
What conventional nutrition says
Chicken is a benchmark lean meat in conventional nutrition; nothing justifies its exclusion.
