What Nidam al-Tayyibat says
Butter is one of the system's five daily pillars: allowed for cooking and at breakfast, even though milk is excluded, because the method considers that fat separated from the whey changes its nature.
What conventional nutrition says
Butter is a saturated fat; conventional nutrition recommends limiting it and preferring vegetable oils day to day.
