The system’s position

What Nidam al-Tayyibat says

The system allows homemade lacto-fermented pickles (cucumber, carrot, turnip) made with salt and sugarcane vinegar, in the name of fermentation; it forbids industrial pickles and those containing garlic, chili or synthetic vinegar. Quantities remain limited because of the salt.
